Live Better
A Small Commitment
A Small Commitment
I wanted to start this year with something simple.
One of my goals for 2026 is to be more consistent in how I communicate.
Not more frequent for the sake of it, or louder. Just steadier, clearer, and more intentional.
Like many people who work in thinking heavy roles, I’ve spent a lot of time helping others make sense of complex situations, while being less consistent doing the same myself.
So these emails is me changing that. This will be the first of many short notes that I hope you might be useful.
The structure will stay deliberately simple. Each time, I’ll share an idea, an observation, and or a question. You can read it in under two minutes, or ignore it entirely. Both are fine. Yes, I'm completely inspired by James Clear.
So here goes, all three in this one.
---
An idea
Most problems don’t need more effort to resolve, they need the ability to remove the noise.
An observation
A lot of capable people are getting it wrong, because they’re doing too many of the right things at once.
A question
Where would a little more structure make things feel noticeably easier for you right now?
That’s all for now.
I’ll be back in your inbox again soon.
